I had a 6 month dental exam and cleaning. Dr.Salinas is very professional and cordial to ask you  about your  dental concerns, X-ray  to further determine evaluation, and discussion what needs  be done to keep your dental health. Dr. Salinas  is hands down one of the BEST dentist in the RGV!  We've had routine dental cleanings, x-rays, exams, fillings and  crowns done in his office. He is just so kind and great at explaining every question you throw his way and making you feel at ease with each procedure he does. The ladies in front office are always so kind and welcoming! I was referred to Dr. Salinas by Dr. Stacy Beltran Peridontist and any of her recommendations I follow because she is top notch. Prime Dental was a state of the art facility with 4D imaging of my teeth in color, and Dr. Salinas took care of me with extreme attention to detail. He is wonderful and cares about preserving your teeth rather than being aggressive with treatment. After biting down on a pistachio, I cracked my tooth in what he called a freak event that hit just the right spot. I came to Dr. Salinas at Prime Dental Cornerstone after having a bad experience in Progreso and needing a dentist I could trust. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Salinas took the time to listen to what had happened, thoroughly explained my options, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. His professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail truly stood out. I never felt rushed, and he answered all of my questions with patience and care. After my experience here, I can confidently say I won’t be going back to Progreso. Then I met Dr Salinas and his Dental assistants and I immediately knew that I was in the hands most caring, professional and compassionate health care providers I have encountered.  They are also always very flexible and accomodating with scheduling appointmets.
